Jim Howes retired from the Santa Cruz Police Department as a police officer in September 2007. He filled assignments in patrol, traffic, investigations, and community services.
Jim received an AS in Criminal Justice from Cabrillo College, a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from San Jose State University.
